Appointment requests submitted through our website or via email are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings where we determine we cannot safely or appropriately provide the requested service.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
If you are not present at the scheduled appointment time, we will wait for 15 minutes before departing. Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged at the full service rate.

Payment is due upon completion of the grooming session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
