We arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools, products, and equipment. You simply need to provide access to a suitable space—typically a bathroom, utility room, or covered outdoor area with water access.

What if my pet becomes too stressed during grooming?

We prioritise your pet's wellbeing above completing every grooming step. If your animal shows significant distress, we pause the session and discuss how to proceed. Sometimes breaking grooming into shorter sessions works better for anxious pets.

Can you groom aggressive or reactive pets?

We have experience with challenging behaviours, but safety comes first. During your initial booking enquiry, please describe your pet's temperament honestly so we can assess whether we're the right fit. In some cases, veterinary sedation may be necessary for safety.

Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

Yes, when grooming multiple pets in the same household during one visit, we apply a discount to the second and subsequent animals. Contact us for specific pricing.
